20 Spiritual Writing Prompts

  1. Make a list of what you think about when you first wake up or throughout the day. Are they mostly familiar emotions and experiences? How can you make space for the unknown?

  2. What habits, thoughts, or beliefs would your most ideal self have? Which habits, thoughts, or beliefs do you have now that won’t serve that higher version?

  3. What do I fear most about my intuition? What do I like the most about it? How am I stopping myself from being connected to it?

  4. What negativity do I feel my spirit trying to release? What positive possibilities for my life feel good when I think about them?

  5. What ideologies or practices have I felt uncomfortable with? After hearing more about conspirituality is it that I’m afraid? Or they truly don’t feel right?

  6. What meaningful work do I feel my spirit telling me to create? What habit or mindset in my life may be stopping me from focusing on doing deep work?

  7. What feels forced in my life? What feels more flow-y? How can I make life feel more effortless?

  8. When I feel disconnected or unsure, have I lost focus on my vision? What is my vision?

  9. What are my deepest values? Is there anything in my life not aligned with those values? What does a perfectly aligned life look like?

  10. Each day this week, write down a way the Universe made itself known to you. Whether it’s feeling a gentle flow of peace during an otherwise stressful moment or witnessing a small (or large) act of manifestation. The Universe appreciates acknowledgement!

  11. When you envision a future version of yourself that seems happy and aligned, what's going on in your life now that's taking that possibility away? What's distracting you or making you feel the opposite of what you want?

  12. Think of a situation where you felt upset or disconnected. Write down how you could have responded differently and what your soul was hoping you would learn from it.

  13. How can I better connect to and hear my intuition? What may be stopping me from using it in my life?

  14. In what ways is my soul misaligned with my current personality? What changes do I need to make to get closer to my future self?

  15. What am I resisting in my life? How can I simplify and release that resistance?

  16. What feels heavy in my life right now? What feels good? How can I integrate more peace into my life?

  17. How is my intuition trying to guide me today? What do I need to know right now?

  18. How am I blocking creativity in my life? What can I start, stop, or continue to foster a more creative life?

  19. What kind of intentions am I speaking into the Universe? In what way might I be blocking them from manifesting?

  20. What emotion am I currently vibrating at? What’s the next best emotion I can become curious about experiencing? What’s holding me back from going higher? In what small ways can I love myself more? Are there any boundaries I feel drawn to create? Or traumas to heal?
